What services does Sole Shifu offer?
We offer Basic Shoe Cleaning, Deep Shoe Cleaning, and Premium Shoe Restoration. Each service is designed based on shoe condition, material, and level of care required.
How do I choose the right service?
- Basic Cleaning: Light dirt, dust, and surface cleaning
- Deep Cleaning: Stains, odor treatment, detailed sole and fabric cleaning
- Restoration: Fading, yellowing, paint touch-ups, deep cosmetic revival
If unsure, choose the closest option—our team may recommend the right service after inspection.
Are shoes cleaned by machine or by hand?
All shoes at Sole Shifu are cleaned by hand.
We do not use harsh machines or processes that can weaken materials or adhesives.
Can you make my shoes look brand new?
We aim for the best possible result, not unrealistic promises.
While many shoes show significant improvement, results depend on:
- Age of the shoe
- Material type
- Existing wear and damage
Restoration is best-effort, not a factory reset.
What types of shoes do you service?
We service most:
- Sneakers
- Sports shoes
- Casual and lifestyle footwear
Some delicate or heavily damaged shoes may be declined after inspection for safety reasons.
How long does the service take?
Turnaround time depends on the service selected:
- Cleaning services typically take a few days
- Restoration services may take longer, depending on complexity

Do you offer pickup and delivery?
Yes. We provide doorstep pickup and delivery within serviceable areas.
Pickup and delivery slots are time windows, not exact times.
What if my shoes are very old or damaged?
Older or fragile shoes carry inherent risks.
We will always:
- Inspect before proceeding
- Avoid unsafe processes
- Inform you if the shoe is not suitable for service
Pre-existing damage is not covered under refunds.
Is there any risk of damage during cleaning?
Shoe materials naturally age over time. While we take utmost care, risks such as:
- Color bleeding
- Glue weakness
- Material fragility
can exist, especially in older shoes. These risks are clearly outlined in our disclaimer.
10. What if I’m unhappy with the result?
If you have concerns:
- Inform us within 24 hours of delivery
- We’ll review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a resolution
Satisfaction is important to us, but expectations must align with the nature of shoe care.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, orders can be cancelled before pickup for a full refund.
