Shifu Black is our prepaid membership designed for sneaker owners who clean their shoes regularly and want maximum value with priority handling.
🎟 Membership Options
6 Months – 3 Free Services
12 Months – 6 Free Services
Each free service can be redeemed against one pair per booking.

- Free shoe cleaning services (as per plan)
- Applicable on Basic Clean or Deep Clean
- Priority pickup & processing
- Exclusive member-only support
❌ What’s Not Included
- Premium Restore services
- Add-ons (e.g., waterproofing, special treatments)
- Multiple pairs in a single free service redemption
🔁 How Redemption Works
- One free service = one pair of shoes
- Services must be redeemed during active membership period
- Free services cannot be clubbed or split across bookings
- Unused services expire at the end of membership duration
📅 Validity
- 6-month plan: Valid for 180 days from purchase date
- 12-month plan: Valid for 365 days from purchase date
Unused services do not carry forward beyond validity.
🚚 Pickup & Delivery
- Doorstep pickup & delivery available in serviceable areas
- Standard turnaround: 3–4 working days
- Pickup scheduling subject to slot availability
💳 Payments & Refunds
- Membership fee is non-refundable
- Free services have no cash value
- Membership is non-transferable

We reserve the right to restrict or suspend membership benefits in case of misuse or abnormal usage patterns.
